Teams at Steer Group

Support project teams by collecting, cleaning, analyzing economic and demographic data, creating visualizations and reports, researching community development topics, and participating in stakeholder engagement and meetings. Interns will split time between client work and professional development, working 15–20 hours weekly and collaborating with staff in Pittsburgh.

Support research, writing, communications, and community engagement for consulting projects. Conduct desktop research, draft content (blogs, reports, social media), assist events and stakeholder interviews, and help document and communicate project impact. Gain project-based learning and mentorship while contributing to outreach and the Agents of Change initiative.

Lead and deliver specialist transport planning and development projects, providing policy, strategy, econometric, geospatial and traffic modelling advice to public and private clients. Manage project teams, bids, client relationships and commercial decisions. Communicate complex analysis clearly, support business development, and mentor junior staff (Principal level).
