Oversee youth soccer teams, coaches, budgets, registrations, scheduling, tryouts, uniforms, equipment, and compliance. Coach three teams while supporting coach and player development. Assist with hiring, marketing, sales, fundraising, partnerships, community outreach, social media, website coordination, and strategic club growth. Maintain Steel Sports coaching standards, communicate with families, and promote the organization’s values and social impact mission.

Leads youth soccer programming, coaches teams, develops players and coaches, coordinates tryouts and staff training, manages curriculum and player retention initiatives, communicates with families and teams, oversees league reporting and on-field issues, and advances Steel Sports’ leadership and character-development programs. The role also supports hiring, onboarding, coach education, club culture, and social-impact initiatives.

Oversee daily operations, budgets, registrations, camps, and programs at Lasorda Legacy Academy. Drive program growth, marketing, coach recruitment, scheduling, customer service, and use provided operational templates to evaluate and improve offerings.

Record runs, balls, strikes and outs during games, adjust team scores per officials, manage the pace-of-play clock, prepare and store equipment, communicate issues to supervisors, and provide professional customer service.
