Oversee daily operations, budgets, registrations, camps, and programs at Lasorda Legacy Academy. Drive program growth, marketing, coach recruitment, scheduling, customer service, and use provided operational templates to evaluate and improve offerings.

Lead on-field coaching, coach and staff development, player development and retention, tryout execution, internal marketing and family engagement, and club culture initiatives. Manage coach hiring, onboarding, education, VEO video logistics, communications, and ensure adherence to playing-time policies across age groups.
