Teams at Steel Sports

Lead and oversee all teams and coaches in the Washington region: hiring, performance reviews, budgets, registrations, scheduling, uniforms, coaching development, community outreach, fundraising, and local marketing. Ensure coach compliance with Steel Sports coaching system, support player development, run tryouts, and occasionally coach teams as needed.

Manage club operations, budgets, registrations, and coach development. Coach three teams, hire and evaluate coaches, run tryouts, schedule practices and events, lead local marketing/fundraising and partnerships, ensure compliance with Steel Sports coaching system, oversee uniforms and equipment, and coordinate with national leadership to implement strategy and community engagement.

Record runs, balls, strikes and outs during games, adjust team scores per officials, manage the pace-of-play clock, prepare and store equipment, communicate issues to supervisors, and provide professional customer service.
