Analyze workforce composition and future needs, forecast staffing requirements, identify talent gaps, and create recruitment, development, and retention strategies. Collaborate with HR, department leaders, and executives; design workforce programs; report on workforce metrics; and improve planning processes and tools. Manage workforce planning projects and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Analyzes, documents, and improves business processes to increase organizational efficiency. Gathers stakeholder requirements, creates process maps, recommends technology-enabled solutions, supports implementation and training, monitors KPIs, and drives continuous improvement. Facilitates workshops and communicates findings and recommendations to executives and department leaders.

Leads technology modernization programs from strategy through execution, managing projects, budgets, risks, stakeholders, teams, change adoption, and performance metrics. Identifies organic growth opportunities through technology enhancements, process improvements, and market analysis. Requires experience with large-scale technology projects, cloud technologies, digital transformation, emerging technologies, and enterprise or government environments.
