The Software Engineer III will design, develop, and enhance complex software systems, ensuring adherence to requirements, debugging, and team leadership. Responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, modifying existing software, developing data queries, and coordinating with hardware engineers.

Design, implement, and oversee secure, scalable cloud architectures and strategies across major cloud platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders, evaluate technologies, optimize performance and cost, enforce security/compliance, document designs, and provide training and deployment oversight.

Manage and improve end-to-end customer experience for government and commercial clients. Serve as primary client contact, monitor CX KPIs, resolve escalations, drive process improvements, train staff, and support client retention and growth initiatives while aligning service delivery with client expectations.
