The General Counsel will lead Stedi’s full legal function, including healthcare regulatory strategy, commercial agreements, disputes, compliance, intellectual property, employment, corporate governance, and fundraising. The role advises the CEO and board, manages competitive and enforcement matters, develops legal frameworks for novel data products, accelerates deals, and turns regulatory uncertainty into business opportunities. Deep healthcare or other highly regulated industry experience is preferred.

Own and improve the company financial model, forecasting, annual planning, performance reporting, headcount and spend planning, cash and runway analysis, and strategic financial modeling. Partner with Accounting, the CEO, and business leaders to explain performance and support decisions. Automate financial data workflows and reporting using modern tools and AI while building scalable, accurate, and traceable finance systems.

The Account Executive will hunt and close new business among SMB healthcare providers. Responsibilities include generating and managing high-volume opportunities, conducting calls and demos, building pipelines, communicating business cases, meeting sales quotas, maintaining HubSpot, and engaging executive decision-makers. The role requires healthcare provider sales experience, B2B SaaS expertise, strong organization, rapid follow-up, technical communication skills, and close collaboration with Product and Customer Success.

Own and scale Stedi’s transaction enrollment operation across thousands of healthcare payers. Build automations, workflows, and payer-specific enrollment content; analyze performance metrics; troubleshoot enrollment issues and missing ERAs; manage customer escalations; and collaborate with customers, payers, product, engineering, and intermediaries to improve enrollment systems and reduce manual work.

As a backend engineer, you will design and develop healthcare APIs, leverage AWS services, and enhance existing systems while ensuring high-quality standards.

The Design Engineer will lead the UI design for Stedi's healthcare products, collaborate with engineers, improve the design system, and validate products with customers.

Lead the Eligibility Team to develop scalable healthcare APIs, manage engineering workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and mentor a remote-first team of engineers.

Work directly with healthcare customers to onboard and support production EDI and API integrations, triage payer/claim issues, identify product gaps, document runbooks, and use data to track customer health and retention.

Own a book of high-growth customers, drive expansion (upsells, cross-sells, renewals), manage pipeline in CRM, coordinate technical validation and contract execution, surface usage insights, and collaborate with engineering, payer operations, and analytics to ensure customer success and adoption.

Owner of multichannel outbound to generate net-new deals: craft messaging, build and run campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn), manage lists and tooling, run experiments and A/B tests, and hand off qualified meetings to sales while measuring and scaling what works.

Own a book of high-growth customers to drive expansion, upsells, renewals, and transaction growth. Manage pipeline in CRM, support technical validation, address pricing/contract blockers, surface product and usage insights, and collaborate with solutions engineering, payer operations, and analytics to ensure customer success and adoption.

Own and prioritize a clearinghouse product roadmap, translate complex healthcare customer needs into technical requirements, author product documentation, collaborate with design and engineering to ship API and EDI features, and measure product adoption and performance.

The Frontend Engineer will build web interfaces for a healthcare APIs clearinghouse while collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality, responsive design and functionality.
