Provide fast, accurate in-office support to landlords, lenders, and agents. Handle high-volume calls and emails, process policy servicing transactions across carrier systems, maintain Salesforce records, and manage administrative and clerical tasks related to billing, documents, and policy changes.

Own retention and expansion for Steadily’s partnership portfolio after signing. Build a tiered partner success model, manage onboarding and lifecycle handoffs, track partner health metrics, lead business reviews and renewals, negotiate expansions, and represent partner needs internally. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, Underwriting, and Operations while helping establish a scalable partner success function.

Generate top-of-funnel leads and manage Independent Agency prospects, qualify agencies, present Steadily's products, guide agencies through the appointment process, and maintain contact until completion to drive agency appointments.
