Conduct audits of customer transactions to ensure quality and compliance, communicate audit results monthly, quarterly, and as needed, and identify risks through root-cause analysis and preventive action. The role requires at least one year of Property & Casualty insurance experience, familiarity with personal lines insurance and compliance standards, and strong ability to learn technology and software systems.

Owns the end-to-end revenue funnel from lead creation through post-bind retention. Responsibilities include lead routing, commission-plan modeling, Salesforce administration and tooling, Metabase reporting, SLA oversight, funnel optimization, and cross-functional execution across Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Data.

The Agency Success Manager will engage independent agents, provide training, and resolve issues while collaborating across teams to improve services.
