Manages customer billing, collections, accounts receivable aging, invoice inquiries, payment records, credit memos, account adjustments, and billing accuracy for US and international customers. The role uses Excel, Sage Intacct, and Salesforce, coordinates across departments and time zones, and supports occasional office projects such as events, travel arrangements, trade show logistics, and purchasing.

The Regional Director of Sales will drive growth in the DACH region by executing sales strategy, building relationships, and managing the sales cycle for Stayntouch's PMS solutions.

The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for managing direct sales in Western Canada, building sales pipelines, closing deals, and achieving sales quotas, while maintaining CRM records.
