Analyze, measure, and report P&L and market risks for Asset and Origination portfolios. Monitor market and regulatory developments, assess transaction risks, support contract implementation in risk systems, automate reports, and collaborate with originators, portfolio managers, and credit teams to improve risk processes and models.

Ensures company-wide compliance with cybersecurity and information security standards, maintains the ISMS, conducts risk assessments, supports audits, tracks corrective actions, and promotes security awareness. The role applies security policies, controls, risk treatment measures, and recognized frameworks such as NIST and ISA/IEC 62443 across complex or global environments.

Leads Statkraft’s Global Business Services Finance organization, overseeing transactional finance service delivery, accounting support, payments, reporting, controls, compliance support, and operational performance. Drives standardization, process harmonization, automation, digital enablement, finance transformation, and continuous improvement across a complex international organization. The role also manages stakeholder relationships, organizational development, budgeting, risk, service quality, and high-performing global teams as a member of the CFO Leadership Team.
