Lead and grow a mixed team of DevOps, software, and data engineers building and operating a Snowflake- and Kafka-based data platform. Partner with product leadership, guide technical architecture, ensure platform security and reliability, manage governance and cost controls, and support data producers. Oversee infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS, event streaming, and data contracts while remaining technically engaged in design reviews and automation.

Own and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn performance campaigns, build AI-driven marketing automation workflows, manage analytics dashboards, and convert performance data into actionable demand-generation strategies. The role also involves landing pages, ad copy, budget forecasting, channel experimentation, reporting, and collaboration with Sales, Content, Design, and Product Marketing teams.

Provide Level 1 IT support for hardware, software, workplace services, and global users. Own tickets through resolution or escalation while meeting SLAs and maintaining English documentation. Identify recurring issues, create knowledge resources, support IT onboarding, and collaborate with Tech Ops and DWO teams. The role also contributes to automation, service improvements, workplace infrastructure projects, identity and access management, endpoint management, ITSM, and asset management.
