Teams at State Savings Bank

Provides in-person desktop and end-user support for bank employees in Traverse City, Michigan. Responsibilities include administering Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Secure Exchange, Mitel, and KACE; supporting banking, loan-processing, printing, scanning, and core-processing systems; handling hardware, operating systems, software, imaging, replacements, phone, email, and incident-response support; and assisting with NAC operations. Availability is required Monday through Saturday.
