A State Savings Bank Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for providing prompt and efficient service to our team members with a "Yes, I can" approach. A Desktop Support Specialist is expected to be available to work Monday through Saturday.
THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSTION IN TRAVERSE CITY, MI.
Requirements
/Infrastructure - Systems
· Microsoft Active Directory – User Administrator
· Core Processing (Horizon, FSI Image Center, check printing, Scanners, etc.)
· Secure Exchange – User Administration & End User Support
· MS365 – User Administration & End User Support
· Kace – Operations
· Mitel – User administration, hardware configuration and support
/Security
· End User Incident Response
· NAC - Operations
/Desktop Support (Primary)
· Tech Support (user issues, phone support, support through email)
· Desktop Imaging and replacement
· Desktop (Hardware, Operating Systems and Client-Side Software)
· Printers/Scanners
· Loan Processing Software (LPL, Mortgage Processing, etc.)
Other duties as assigned or necessary
Skills Required
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday
- In-person work in Traverse City, Michigan
- Microsoft Active Directory user administration
- Core processing system support, including Horizon, FSI Image Center, check printing, and scanners
- Secure Exchange user administration and end-user support
- Microsoft 365 user administration and end-user support
- KACE operations
- Mitel user administration, hardware configuration, and support
- End-user incident response
- NAC operations
- Technical support through phone, email, and direct user assistance
- Desktop imaging and replacement
- Desktop hardware, operating systems, and client-side software support
- Printer and scanner support
- Loan-processing and mortgage-processing software support
