Supports employees, managers, candidates, and hiring teams across HR processes and the employee lifecycle. Coordinates requisitions, interviews, candidate communications, offers, onboarding, HR system updates, and data audits. Provides first-level policy guidance and partners with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence. Also supports New York office services, facilities, vendors, events, employee engagement, workplace readiness, and HR-related communications.

Design and produce digital marketing assets for OTT, platform, web, email, social, and campaign initiatives. Collaborate with creative, marketing, copywriting, art direction, and web development teams to deliver brand-consistent work from concept through final delivery. Manage multiple projects, follow brand standards and Adobe Creative Suite production requirements, and support UI/UX, motion, animation, and direct-response creative. Communicate proactively, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.

Lead partner marketing strategy for STARZ across MVPD, OTT, OEM, and mobile distribution partners. Drive subscriber acquisition, retention, revenue, campaign sell-in, creative optimization, platform placement, marketing fund investment, and executive partner relationships. Establish KPIs, manage budgets and compliance, oversee cross-functional projects and events, and build a high-performing partner marketing team.

Lead production legal function for television original programming: draft and negotiate development and production agreements, supervise production and marketing legal clearance, provide script/title/fair-use review, partner cross-functionally on deal structure and risk, and develop internal legal processes and policies.

Lead growth initiatives across sign-up, renewal, and retention flows. Own end-to-end feature execution, experiment design (A/B and multivariate), analytics, and integrations to drive acquisition and reduce churn. Collaborate with marketing, design, engineering, and analytics to prioritize roadmap, launch tests, and productionalize winning experiments.

Champion STARZ visual identity, direct key art and photoshoots, present concepts to executives, and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team to deliver premium, cinematic work aligned to business objectives.

Create on-brand visual communications across print, digital, social, experiential, and emerging platforms. Build repeatable signals frameworks, apply anomaly detection/classification/clustering/time-series models, leverage generative AI/LLMs for summarization and RCA, define alerting and escalation, partner with engineering and product, and mentor junior analysts.
