Lead production legal function for television original programming: draft and negotiate development and production agreements, supervise production and marketing legal clearance, provide script/title/fair-use review, partner cross-functionally on deal structure and risk, and develop internal legal processes and policies.

Manage and optimize Workday configurations, integrations, reporting, and audits. Support payroll, benefits, leave pay, and HR process improvements; coordinate testing, resolve data issues, and provide backup payroll and HR admin support.

Lead end-to-end discovery for internal tooling: define problem statements, design and run research, synthesize insights, collaborate with UX and engineering to produce information architecture, wireframes, and build-ready requirements. Drive alignment, evaluate tradeoffs (build vs buy), and apply structured, testable approaches including AI-augmented workflows to deliver validated solutions for internal content supply chain tools.
