Manage and optimize Workday configurations, integrations, reporting, and audits. Support payroll, benefits, leave pay, and HR process improvements; coordinate testing, resolve data issues, and provide backup payroll and HR admin support.

Lead production legal function for television original programming: draft and negotiate development and production agreements, supervise production and marketing legal clearance, provide script/title/fair-use review, partner cross-functionally on deal structure and risk, and develop internal legal processes and policies.

Lead physical production for the scripted slate from development through delivery, overseeing budgets, schedules, operations, labor compliance, and production safety. Advise creative and business leadership, manage domestic and international production partners, optimize production models and tax incentives, and hire and mentor production executives to deliver premium series on time and on budget.
