The role provides architectural leadership while collaborating with business, engineering, data science, DevOps, and security teams.

Designs, integrates, configures, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains RF and communications systems, including analog and digital VHF/UHF radios, networks, routers, switches, and VoIP interfaces. Develops test plans, procedures, traceability matrices, and reports; operates communications testbeds; performs RF measurements, site surveys, requirements analysis, verification, and technical documentation. Supports aviation communications environments and may mentor technical teams.

Lead enterprise Salesforce DevOps and release management, including CI/CD pipeline design, deployment automation, Git workflows, metadata management, and environment troubleshooting. Coordinate releases across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake, AWS, and other integrations. Support Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, GovCloud, and federal IL4/IL5 environments while establishing release governance, quality gates, and DevOps best practices. Provide technical leadership to Salesforce development and DevOps teams.

The role involves assisting with digital transformation initiatives, analyzing requirements, preparing cloud migration blueprints, managing cloud infrastructure, providing training, and supporting users across various applications and systems.

Lead and operate the RPA automation platform ensuring high availability, incident management, bot monitoring and troubleshooting. Manage UiPath platform and infrastructure needs, coordinate with cloud, security and support teams, maintain SLAs, and provide on-call/CST-shift support while engaging stakeholders and managing deployments and code reviews.
