Design cloud frameworks (Azure, GCP, pax8), maintain cloud-hosted databases and CI servers, administer cloud control panels, produce training and implementation documentation, support users via ticketing systems, and improve business processes through data-driven analysis.

Lead and operate the RPA automation platform ensuring high availability, incident management, bot monitoring and troubleshooting. Manage UiPath platform and infrastructure needs, coordinate with cloud, security and support teams, maintain SLAs, and provide on-call/CST-shift support while engaging stakeholders and managing deployments and code reviews.

Build interfaces, create custom filters/mappers/translations, implement SOAP/REST APIs and HL7-based integrations, perform HL7/FHIR/CDA/XML/JSON transformations, and support system design, code reviews, message tracking, and SDLC documentation to enable secure data exchange across healthcare systems.
