Manage large-scale government Child Support systems projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies. Responsibilities include developing workplans, coordinating business and technical teams, managing risks, resources, requirements, testing, communications, PMO activities, stakeholder reporting, and project documentation. The role requires extensive experience with mainframe and web application development projects, Child Support System Certification, state and federal reporting, team management, and tools including Azure DevOps, JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.

Lead enterprise Salesforce DevOps and release management, designing CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automated deployments, metadata promotion, and release governance. Troubleshoot complex Salesforce environments, integrations, and deployment issues while coordinating with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams. Support Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, GovCloud, federal environments, and IL4/IL5 requirements. Provide technical leadership across Salesforce DevOps teams.

Develops and supports scalable AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud architectures across IaaS and PaaS environments. Responsibilities include cloud migration, infrastructure administration, security and compliance, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, networking, VM management, and cost optimization. Requires strong Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, scripting, and cloud infrastructure expertise. This is a 100% onsite role for candidates local to Jackson, Mississippi.

The role involves assisting with digital transformation initiatives, analyzing requirements, preparing cloud migration blueprints, managing cloud infrastructure, providing training, and supporting users across various applications and systems.

Lead and operate the RPA automation platform ensuring high availability, incident management, bot monitoring and troubleshooting. Manage UiPath platform and infrastructure needs, coordinate with cloud, security and support teams, maintain SLAs, and provide on-call/CST-shift support while engaging stakeholders and managing deployments and code reviews.

Design and develop new software and major revisions, define product requirements, create high-level architecture, ensure feasibility and integration with existing systems, and support digital transformation initiatives.
