Leads and supports mainframe and enterprise database administration, including DB2, IMS, ADABAS, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server environments. Responsibilities include database upgrades, migrations, installations, performance and capacity monitoring, backup and recovery, replication, partitioning, cloud database transfers, ETL troubleshooting, and production support. The role also provides database design recommendations, develops scripts and procedures, and consults with application development and operations teams.

Leads SAP MM workshops, gap analysis, configuration, and design for Procure-to-Pay, inventory management, and material valuation. Integrates SAP MM with FI/CO, SD, PP, and QM; leads testing, UAT, data migration, incident resolution, and production support. Translates business requirements into functional specifications for ABAP teams and provides functional leadership while coordinating business stakeholders, testers, and developers.

Performs Salesforce and CRM quality assurance across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Creates and executes test plans, suites, scripts, positive and negative test cases, regression tests, API tests, and automated tests. Manages defects and traceability in Azure DevOps, collaborates with vendors, customers, developers, and project teams, and supports continuous integration, performance, scalability, security, training, and Salesforce lifecycle implementation activities.
