Lead technical authority for civil, structural and architectural systems across data center projects. Review designs, structural calculations and contractor submissions; coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces; perform site inspections, technical audits and construction monitoring; support commissioning, handover and asset lifecycle planning; investigate structural defects and recommend remediation to ensure long-term reliability and compliance with standards.

Lead BIM strategy and implementation across data center projects, manage multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection, develop BEPs and standards (ISO 19650), integrate BIM with enterprise systems and digital twins, and mentor project teams to ensure accurate model-based deliverables through construction and handover.

Manage the full lifecycle of technical, design, construction, and compliance documents for hyperscale data center projects. Maintain version control, traceability, and compliance; administer DMS platforms (ACC/SharePoint), train users, support handovers, coordinate with consultants/contractors, and support audits and continuous improvement of workflows and metadata.

The Project Controls Senior Engineer manages commercial and scheduling aspects of infrastructure projects, ensuring they stay on budget and schedule through estimating, monitoring, and reporting.

Manage day-to-day accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and statutory financial statements (IFRS). Ensure tax compliance (VAT, withholding, corporate tax), support consolidation and audits, oversee intercompany accounting and transfer pricing documentation, optimize ERP/automation systems, track CAPEX and project accounting, and partner with FP&A, Treasury, and Project teams to provide actionable financial insights.

Lead design, commissioning, operation, maintenance and optimization of BMS/EPMS and PLC/SCADA control systems for data center infrastructure. Troubleshoot controls, perform RCA, support projects and commissioning (FAT/SAT/IST), analyze operational data for energy and reliability improvements, and manage vendor/stakeholder coordination and documentation.
