Lead technical authority for civil, structural and architectural systems across data center projects. Review designs, structural calculations and contractor submissions; coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces; perform site inspections, technical audits and construction monitoring; support commissioning, handover and asset lifecycle planning; investigate structural defects and recommend remediation to ensure long-term reliability and compliance with standards.

Lead BIM strategy and implementation across data center projects, manage multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection, develop BEPs and standards (ISO 19650), integrate BIM with enterprise systems and digital twins, and mentor project teams to ensure accurate model-based deliverables through construction and handover.

Manage the full lifecycle of technical, design, construction, and compliance documents for hyperscale data center projects. Maintain version control, traceability, and compliance; administer DMS platforms (ACC/SharePoint), train users, support handovers, coordinate with consultants/contractors, and support audits and continuous improvement of workflows and metadata.
