Delivers product change analysis for underwriting and insurance products. Elicits requirements from business stakeholders and third parties, converts them into user stories and acceptance criteria, supports prioritization and incident management, and facilitates stakeholder sign-off. Works with Product Managers, technical analysts, and delivery teams within Agile frameworks while ensuring governance, service-level, and quality standards. Requires insurance or underwriting knowledge, strong Excel skills, and experience with requirements elicitation and Agile delivery methodologies.

Supports the delegated authority function for Lloyd’s insurance syndicates by conducting due diligence, monitoring arrangements, managing audits, preparing governance reports, coordinating reviews, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role supports underwriters, oversees outsourced bordereaux and EPI processes, resolves data queries, contributes to market reviews, and maintains relationships across business units. It also involves coaching junior team members and attending relevant forums and seminars.
