Manage and lead dealership sales operations, work with General Manager to maximize sales volume and gross profit, coach and close with customers, ensure team performance, and maintain compliance with licensing, background checks and drug testing.

Assist the Marketing Coordinator with daily administrative and operational tasks, support basic campaign activities, coordinate communications, manage scheduling, and maintain marketing documentation.

Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries by phone and online, schedule appointments, follow up on leads, provide excellent customer service, and support dealership sales growth.
