Develops and standardizes CPM master schedules across a portfolio of build-for-rent construction projects. Tracks long-lead materials, permits, submittals, critical paths, float, delays, and schedule variances. Provides portfolio-level reporting, risk analysis, recovery recommendations, and change-order impact modeling to construction and executive leadership. Facilitates schedule updates, trains project teams, coordinates vendors and subcontractors, and improves scheduling processes and standards. The hybrid role requires up to 25% travel to active project sites.

Support real estate investment, development, and asset management through financial modeling, DCF and scenario analysis, market research, portfolio analytics, due diligence coordination, and preparation of investment committee materials. Monitor asset performance, assist acquisitions and capital/closing activities, and collaborate cross-functionally to inform investment decisions.

Provide executive oversight for multiple multifamily build-for-rent projects from preconstruction through closeout. Ensure safety, schedule, budget, quality, and profitability. Lead and mentor onsite teams, manage project P&L, coordinate stakeholders, oversee contracts, risk, scheduling, procurement, and financial reporting, and maintain client relationships.

Design and produce branded digital and print collateral for corporate and property-level marketing. Manage e-newsletters, web and social visuals, vendor print production, asset libraries, and cross-functional campaign support while ensuring brand consistency and meeting tight deadlines.
