Executive leader responsible for enterprise go-to-market strategy and brand management. Oversees demand generation, performance marketing, MarTech, budgets, cross-functional alignment, talent development, and market expansion to drive revenue, customer lifetime value, and pipeline growth.

Provide hands-on IT support and systems administration across office, manufacturing, and remote environments. Administer Microsoft 365, endpoint management, Meraki networking, Fortinet firewalls, collaboration systems, and cybersecurity controls. Deploy and maintain user devices, manage accounts and licensing, monitor system health, document processes, assist with projects and vendor coordination, and support continuous improvement. Onsite five days a week.

Perform inventory and cost accounting for a manufacturing operation: maintain standard costs, analyze variances, support month-end close, prepare reconciliations and reporting, partner with operations to improve processes and margin performance.

Serve as a strategic TA partner delivering full-cycle recruitment across functions. Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, advise leaders on hiring decisions, analyze recruiting metrics, represent the company at events, and ensure strong candidate and hiring manager experiences.
