Owns the accounts receivable and order-to-cash process, including invoicing, collections, cash application, account maintenance, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close support. Serves as the AR subject matter expert and escalation point while partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Shipping, and Finance. The role also supports internal controls, compliance, audit requests, ERP reporting, and continuous process improvement. No direct people management is required.

Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase safety, quality, capacity, and efficiency. Lead automation, tooling, and workstation design; support equipment procurement, commissioning, and validation. Drive process capability, root-cause investigations, PFMEA, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams. Enable manufacturing readiness for new products and improve ERP/MRP integration and shop-floor data for better production planning and OEE.

Lead enterprise safety strategy and programs for manufacturing operations. Ensure OSHA compliance, conduct hazard assessments and incident investigations, deliver training, drive ergonomics and injury prevention, partner cross-functionally, and improve safety culture and performance metrics.
