Oversee accounting operations across multiple locations, including staff supervision, workflow management, monthly reporting, variance review, tax filing, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance. The manager will coordinate annual business planning, address control breakdowns, develop staff capabilities, protect company assets, and support financial decision-making. Occasional travel to regional sites is required.

Collect outstanding residential account receivables through inbound and outbound calls. Negotiate payment arrangements, follow up on delinquent accounts, process phone payments, update credit files, respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.

Provide second-tier technical support for a 2000+ user Citrix environment across multiple sites. Troubleshoot PCs, Windows terminals, mobile devices, VoIP/Jabber, printers, LAN/WAN; manage tickets, mobile accounts, inventories, audits, and vendor/telco escalations. Support testing for enterprise apps (ERP, LMS, HRIS), ensure SOX/PCI compliance, and provide occasional travel and rotating off-hours coverage.

Provide general office administration and compliance support including accounts payable processing, petty cash reconciliation, vendor statement reconciliation, mail and supply management, customer inquiries and payment processing, and other assigned administrative duties to support district and company policies.

Field-based entry-level sales role focused on generating residential and small commercial energy accounts through prospecting, referrals, events, and lead follow-up. Manage schedule, use CRM to track leads, collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, and provide consultative guidance on heating fuel options.
