Provide second-tier technical support for a 2000+ user Citrix environment across multiple sites. Troubleshoot PCs, Windows terminals, mobile devices, VoIP/Jabber, printers, LAN/WAN; manage tickets, mobile accounts, inventories, audits, and vendor/telco escalations. Support testing for enterprise apps (ERP, LMS, HRIS), ensure SOX/PCI compliance, and provide occasional travel and rotating off-hours coverage.

Collect outstanding residential account receivables via inbound and outbound calls using dialer technology. Negotiate payment arrangements, take payments by phone, update billing/credit files, follow up on delinquent accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues while delivering exceptional service.

Provide hands-on HR administrative support for recruiting, onboarding, HRIS tasks, recordkeeping, data entry, reference and pre-employment screenings, staffing events, and general department administration including reception coverage.
