Develop sales opportunities for lift repair, modernisation, and maintenance solutions across Hampshire, Dorset, and Sussex. Manage existing and prospective customer relationships, identify leads, conduct site surveys and meetings, assess technical requirements, and prepare tailored proposals and quotations. The role combines lift industry expertise with consultative selling and includes hybrid working, territory coverage, and customer-focused solution development.

Develops new lift sales opportunities across the South Midlands, manages a territory, assesses customer needs, prepares accurate quotations, follows up leads, visits sites, builds customer relationships, and achieves sales and conversion targets. The role is home-based, commercially focused, and requires prior lift industry experience or relevant technical qualifications.

Support Stannah’s global brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, creative development, customer insight programs, and marketing transformation initiatives across international markets. Manage agency relationships, campaign toolkits, content assets, research activities, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder collaboration while translating market insights into recommendations that drive brand and commercial growth.

Identify and secure sales opportunities for minor lift repairs, upgrades, and equipment improvements across Kent, Essex, and London. Manage the sales pipeline, prepare quotes and proposals, conduct follow-ups, maintain accurate records in Excel, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role includes technical sales training, customer relationship development, target achievement, and occasional travel within the service area.

Lead safety, compliance, investigations, corrective actions, technical documentation, testing records, certifications, product improvements, and new lift product development. The role partners with OEMs, suppliers, installation teams, and industry stakeholders while providing technical support, training, and guidance. It begins at the Andover office before transitioning to hybrid work, with regular travel to company locations.
