Develop and manage relationships with public sector and local authority clients across Northern England and Scotland. Responsibilities include achieving sales and profitability targets, prospecting, managing contracts and frameworks, surveying staircases, recommending stairlift solutions, maintaining appointments, and providing accurate information. The role is home-based with daily regional travel, requires a full driving licence and proven target-focused sales experience, and is subject to a DBS check.

Supports regulatory affairs for manufactured products by maintaining technical files, declarations, certification records, and compliance registers. Coordinates testing with external laboratories, gathers data for filings and reporting, assists with audits and compliance training, and helps maintain accurate product documentation. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with training provided to develop regulatory expertise.

Leads safety, compliance, investigations, corrective actions, technical documentation, testing records, certifications, product improvements, OEM collaboration, new product development, and technical support for lift products. Provides training and guidance to installation teams and customers while supporting product readiness and regulatory compliance. The role begins at the Andover office before transitioning to hybrid work, with regular travel to company locations.
