Supervise end-to-end payroll processing across the Group, ensuring accurate and timely payments, legislative compliance, strong controls, and high-quality service. Lead and support the payroll team, manage payroll providers and stakeholders, analyze payroll data, and drive improvements to processes, systems, reporting, and data quality. The role requires strong UK payroll knowledge, Excel skills, confidentiality, organization, and effective communication.

Entry-level sales role supporting goods lifts, stairlifts, and access lift services. Responsibilities include identifying maintenance, renewal, and repair opportunities; managing customer relationships; conducting site surveys and technical assessments; preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents; maintaining activity records; and traveling within the branch area. Full training is provided, with opportunities to develop a career in technical sales.

Develops major lift sales across Kent, Essex, and London by identifying portfolio and new-business opportunities, conducting site surveys, building customer relationships, and preparing tailored repair, maintenance, modernisation, and technical proposals. The role combines lift engineering knowledge with consultative sales, customer meetings, opportunity pipeline development, and quoting. Hybrid working is available, with a company vehicle or car allowance and quarterly profit share.
