Serves as the first point of contact for stairlift and homelift enquiries through phone, email, and web forms. Conducts customer fact-finding, provides empathetic guidance, records accurate information, books appointments for Sales Consultants, manages diaries, sends brochures, and follows up with prospects to maximize conversions. Requires strong communication, listening, customer service, sales support, and problem-solving skills, with willingness to learn technical product details.

Leads manufacturing operations across the rail production site, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and workforce development targets. Responsibilities include managing multiple production teams, meeting customer demand and productivity goals, driving Lean continuous improvement, developing employees, overseeing quality and budgets, and coordinating cross-functional activities. The role requires experienced manufacturing leadership and supports operational excellence in a fast-paced production environment.

Maintain, repair, and service lifts and stairlifts across Leicester, Lincoln, and surrounding areas. Perform call-out visits, risk assessments, safety checks, and site log-card updates while maintaining high service standards. The role includes managing on-site work, building client relationships, participating in an on-call rota, and holding a valid UK driving licence for regional travel.
