Designs and analyzes instrumentation and control systems for water/wastewater, power, industrial, microgrid, and CHP facilities. Responsibilities include working with DCS and PLCs, P&IDs, I/O lists, instrument data sheets, cable schedules, logic diagrams, specifications, cost estimates, and construction support. Coordinates with clients, designers, technicians, and multidisciplinary teams during design, installation, and commissioning while maintaining project documentation and quality standards.

Design and review electrical systems for power plants, microgrids, and plant facilities, including medium- and low-voltage distribution, switchgear, lighting, grounding, and protection systems. Develop schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, calculations, reports, and equipment selections. Coordinate technical efforts, manage design budgets and schedules, collaborate with vendors, perform field site visits, and ensure code compliance and engineering quality.

Leads traffic engineering and safety projects, designing traffic signals, roadway lighting, ITS infrastructure, signing, pavement marking, and traffic control plans. Performs traffic impact, signal warrant, intersection, safety, bicycle, and pedestrian studies. Provides technical guidance, quality control, client and agency representation, project leadership, and mentorship to junior engineers.
