Lead enterprise architectural strategy and standards for complex healthcare campuses. Oversee programming, design, and construction phases; manage architectural teams and external consultants; ensure regulatory compliance (OSHPD/CBC/ADA/FGI/NFPA), protect design intent, align projects with clinical workflows and budgets, and provide executive-level representation and mentorship across capital programs.

Supports pharmacists by preparing, packaging, compounding, labeling, and checking non-sterile medications. Serves as a clinic-based liaison for patients, clinicians, and pharmacy staff; manages medication needs, adherence outreach, refill coordination, and patient communications. Helps improve pharmacy and patient-care processes while complying with California Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Coordinates clinical sample requests, blood product orders, research collections, donor appointments, and specimen consignments. Serves as a liaison among physicians, laboratories, hospitals, research customers, donors, and internal teams. Maintains confidential patient and donor records, processes PHI accurately, manages documentation, answers inquiries, and ensures compliance with transfusion, shipping, privacy, safety, and regulatory requirements.
