Leads the design, integration, deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of communication technology systems supporting clinical and business operations. Coordinates projects, defines service metrics, gathers requirements, advises departments, installs equipment, and provides post-implementation support. Partners with IT, clinical, and business leaders to develop solutions, simplify architectures, increase adoption, and ensure compliance with facility and regulatory requirements.

Provides onsite technical support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, peripherals, and network equipment across Stanford Health Care locations. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repairs, asset tracking, security updates, help desk resolution, end-user training, telemedicine and audiovisual support, and coordination with engineering teams and OEM vendors. The role also supports AI-driven workflow automation, network troubleshooting, special events, and an after-hours or weekend on-call rotation.

Designs, deploys, and maintains AI, machine learning, BI, and ETL solutions across clinical, laboratory, and operational domains. Builds LLM-based applications, predictive models, data pipelines, enterprise data warehouse architecture, dashboards, and reporting systems. Uses forecasting and simulation to optimize blood product demand, resource allocation, and production workflows. Leads process improvement projects, mentors analysts, ensures data privacy and regulatory compliance, and provides performance monitoring and technical support.
