Designs and leads recruitment strategy and talent acquisition programs, improving sourcing, hiring processes, candidate experience, and workforce outcomes. Builds recruitment analytics frameworks, dashboards, and monthly reporting around time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance. Partners with Talent Acquisition, HR leaders, hiring managers, candidates, and community organizations while developing social media branding and optimizing sourcing-channel ROI.

Provides oncology nurse navigation from diagnosis through survivorship or palliation. Coordinates interdisciplinary care, assesses patient and caregiver needs, delivers disease-specific education, facilitates referrals and clinical-trial access, addresses barriers to care, and supports shared decision-making. Ensures care follows NCCN and Stanford pathways, screens for distress, connects patients with supportive services, and helps maintain cancer-center quality and accreditation standards.
