Provides advanced support for complex group insurance proposals and renewals. Responsibilities include auditing financial reports and premium data, analyzing census information, preparing underwriting and reinsurance reports, coordinating case implementation, supporting renewal execution, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires accuracy in high-volume work, strong collaboration with underwriting and actuarial teams, and proficiency with Excel and insurance reporting tools.

Manages small-group employee benefits clients, producers, renewals, onboarding, service delivery, contract questions, broker training, and case transfers. Builds relationships, supports retention and profitable growth, identifies expansion opportunities, coordinates administrative activities, and assists peers. Requires customer-facing insurance or account management experience, strong knowledge of insurance contracts and regulations, clear communication skills, and a resident-state life and disability insurance license within six months of hire.

Performs premium billing and accounting activities for disability insurance, including payment processing, reconciliation, accounting adjustments, wire transfers, cash clearing, inter-company payments, documentation, compliance support, financial reporting, and communication with policy owners, brokers, MGAs, and internal teams. Requires availability from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST.
