Manage a regional employee benefits client portfolio covering employer groups of 100–499 lives. Serve as the primary contact for renewals, amendments, submissions, enrollments, plan changes, product enhancements, and client education. Build relationships with employers, brokers, sales representatives, vendors, and policyholders; identify additional coverage opportunities; participate in client meetings and benefit fairs; and provide effective guidance, negotiation, and account support.

Provides advanced support for complex group insurance proposals and renewals. Responsibilities include auditing financial reports and premium data, analyzing census information, preparing underwriting and reinsurance reports, coordinating case implementation, supporting renewal execution, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires accuracy in high-volume work, strong collaboration with underwriting and actuarial teams, and proficiency with Excel and insurance reporting tools.

Leads IT strategy enablement, vendor governance, technology business management, service costing, and cost optimization. Manages professional staff and partners with IT and business leaders to develop financial models, business cases, operating expense recommendations, consumption forecasts, and strategic insights. Oversees TBM capabilities, reporting, presentations, and analytics that improve cost transparency, service valuation, planning, and technology investment decisions.
