Leads actuarial technology and reporting initiatives, expanding adoption of the Actuarial Technology Platform. Designs and implements process improvements for financial reporting and pricing, develops process maps, supports legacy actuarial solutions, and promotes AI-enabled analytics. Collaborates with actuarial data, enterprise analytics, and platform teams while providing technical leadership, governance, issue resolution, training, and mentorship.

Own the strategy, roadmap, adoption, and value realization of an enterprise Data and AI Platform centered on Azure Databricks. Translate engineering and AI team needs into reusable, governed, self-service platform capabilities. Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Governance, Security, and Product teams on lakehouse architecture, data quality, lineage, access, developer experience, and AI workloads. Drive platform adoption, onboarding, consumer satisfaction, reliability, and measurable business value.

Serves as the primary liaison for policyholders, employers, and employees regarding group life, disability, and leave benefits. Manages claims, death claim coordination, escalations, premium administration, contract interpretation, and Evidence of Insurability tracking. Partners with HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams, provides claims reporting, resolves complex inquiries, and supports process improvements. Requires onsite work in Jacksonville, Florida, three days weekly.
