Manage full lifecycle of commercial and utility-scale solar PV projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead planning, permitting, budgeting, contractor selection, construction oversight, QA/QC, contract negotiation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time, safely, and within budget.

Manage title due diligence, underwrite title insurance for fee, leasehold, and easement interests for solar projects. Review title commitments, surveys, and recorded instruments; identify and resolve defects; coordinate curative actions; negotiate policy terms; prepare final title policies; support real estate, legal, and development teams; ensure compliance with state laws and underwriting guidelines.

Oversee performance and reliability of commercial-scale solar PV assets using SCADA and PVsyst; coordinate O&M activities, troubleshoot faults, conduct site audits, ensure NEC/OSHA compliance, support asset optimization and reporting, and provide technical support to internal teams and vendors.

Support federal, state, and local income tax compliance for the company and its funds: manage tax payments, compliance calendars, notices, nexus reviews, and external advisors while collaborating with Accounting, Finance, and Asset Management.

Provide in-house legal support for solar project development and finance: draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts (PPAs, leases, EPCs, NDAs), manage due diligence and underwriting materials, track project funding and post-closing conditions, and support company risk-management and ad-hoc tasks for executive leadership.

Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, security controls, and system integrations. Provide technical ownership, troubleshooting, documentation, audits, and operational support while partnering with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Manage and coordinate engineering design efforts for commercial-scale solar PV projects from preliminary design through construction. Oversee third-party engineers and surveyors, support permitting and interconnection, inspect installations for code compliance, manage vendor technical qualification, provide construction technical support, and coordinate documentation for project closeout and financing.
