Manage title due diligence, underwrite title insurance for fee, leasehold, and easement interests for solar projects. Review title commitments, surveys, and recorded instruments; identify and resolve defects; coordinate curative actions; negotiate policy terms; prepare final title policies; support real estate, legal, and development teams; ensure compliance with state laws and underwriting guidelines.

Lead planning, permitting, budgeting, contractor selection, schedule and quality oversight, stakeholder communication, contract negotiation, and documentation while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and cost control.

Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning. Build and maintain financial models, produce management reporting and variance analysis, partner with accounting and business teams, support executive decision-making, drive process improvements, and manage and mentor FP&A staff.

Lead development and maintenance of consolidated financial and valuation models, support budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and fund valuation. Partner with cross-functional teams for assumptions, scenario analyses, and liquidity planning. Prepare executive-level presentations, support capital markets/treasury initiatives, provide ad hoc FP&A analysis, and assist the Director of FP&A on special projects.

Lead corporate and project treasury operations including cash management, liquidity planning, debt administration, banking relationships, SOX controls, treasury reporting, risk management, and team leadership while supporting structured finance and project transactions.

Lead and manage diligence for solar project acquisitions, coordinating internal teams and external consultants across real estate, interconnection, permitting, engineering, environmental, contracts, incentives, and financing. Track budgets, schedules, deliverables, payments, and risks; prepare funding memos and presentations; verify models, insurance, tax obligations, and compliance; maintain stakeholder relationships and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Lead and manage diligence for solar project and portfolio acquisitions across real estate, interconnection, permitting, environmental, contracts, and finance. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, track budgets, schedules, deliverables, deadlines, and payments. Support underwriting, forecasting (tax/PILOT), insurance checks, and create stakeholder presentations while overseeing multiple development opportunities.

Manage full lifecycle of commercial and utility-scale solar PV projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. Lead planning, permitting, budgeting, contractor selection, scheduling, QA/QC, contract negotiation, and stakeholder communication. Maintain project documentation in Procore/SharePoint and ERP/CRM systems, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive cost/value engineering and process improvements.

Provide in-house legal support for solar project development and finance: draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts (PPAs, leases, EPCs, NDAs), manage due diligence and underwriting materials, track project funding and post-closing conditions, and support company risk-management and ad-hoc tasks for executive leadership.
