Designs, develops, configures, integrates, and supports enterprise platforms including NetSuite, Salesforce, analytics systems, and AI agent tools. Develops workflows, scripts, dashboards, reports, automations, and data integrations; troubleshoots system and data issues; supports testing, releases, documentation, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and provides post-production support across finance, procurement, project, operational, and customer relationship processes.

Leads financial evaluation, valuation, structuring, and execution of renewable energy investments, including development projects, acquisitions, and partnerships. Responsibilities include financial modeling, project and portfolio analysis, tax equity and debt financing support, transaction diligence coordination, investment committee materials, executive presentations, portfolio monitoring, and market analysis.

Provides early-stage engineering support for commercial solar PV project development, including site evaluations, preliminary designs, PVsyst energy modeling, electrical drawings, tariff and load analysis, feasibility calculations, due diligence, peer reviews, and technical support for sales, finance, and construction. The role is full-time in-office with local travel to jobsites for inspections.

Manage title due diligence, underwrite title insurance for fee, leasehold, and easement interests for solar projects. Review title commitments, surveys, and recorded instruments; identify and resolve defects; coordinate curative actions; negotiate policy terms; prepare final title policies; support real estate, legal, and development teams; ensure compliance with state laws and underwriting guidelines.

Support federal, state, and local income tax compliance for the company and its funds: manage tax payments, compliance calendars, notices, nexus reviews, and external advisors while collaborating with Accounting, Finance, and Asset Management.

Manage full lifecycle of commercial and utility-scale solar PV projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. Lead planning, permitting, budgeting, contractor selection, schedule and quality oversight, stakeholder communication, contract negotiation, and documentation while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and cost control.

Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning. Build and maintain financial models, produce management reporting and variance analysis, partner with accounting and business teams, support executive decision-making, drive process improvements, and manage and mentor FP&A staff.

Lead and manage diligence for solar project acquisitions, coordinating internal teams and external consultants across real estate, interconnection, permitting, engineering, environmental, contracts, incentives, and financing. Track budgets, schedules, deliverables, payments, and risks; prepare funding memos and presentations; verify models, insurance, tax obligations, and compliance; maintain stakeholder relationships and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Provide in-house legal support for solar project development and finance: draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts (PPAs, leases, EPCs, NDAs), manage due diligence and underwriting materials, track project funding and post-closing conditions, and support company risk-management and ad-hoc tasks for executive leadership.
