Supports technical sales opportunities from customer engagement through proposal development and execution handoff. Translates customer requirements into technically sound proposals, quotations, statements of work, schedules, pricing inputs, and commercial documentation. Coordinates Engineering, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams; identifies risks and scope gaps; maintains opportunity tracking; supports customer meetings and presentations; and improves proposal and estimating processes. The role is based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, with occasional travel and potential exposure to manufacturing or controlled environments.

Supports mechanical design and equipment development for advanced nuclear fuel manufacturing. Responsibilities include designing tooling, fixtures, material handling systems, and production equipment; coordinating fabrication and vendors; supporting installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and manufacturing integration; and maintaining engineering documentation. The role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, EH&S, radiological controls, and suppliers in a regulated, on-site environment.

Supports manufacturing and engineering through technical sourcing, supplier qualification, BOM and material planning, logistics coordination, and supply risk mitigation. Reviews engineering documentation, evaluates vendors and quotations, manages critical materials and delivery commitments, resolves shortages and quality issues, and improves cost, lead time, traceability, and supplier performance. Collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, finance, project teams, and external suppliers in a regulated nuclear manufacturing environment.
