Develop, edit, and maintain controlled technical documentation (procedures, work instructions, specs) across engineering, manufacturing, and quality. Manage document control, versioning, and records to support compliance (NQA-1/ISO 9001/DOE/NRC), audits, and traceability. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, improve document management systems, and support rollout of revised procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Develop, maintain, and improve software tools, data pipelines, dashboards, and automated workflows to support manufacturing operations and regulated material tracking. Integrate data from equipment, ERP/MRP, and databases, automate reports, troubleshoot system and data issues, and ensure data integrity, access control, and documentation to support audit readiness and operational decision-making.

Develop and maintain production schedules across multiple facilities by translating demand, engineering inputs, capacity, materials, and constraints into executable plans. Analyze capacity and throughput, identify bottlenecks, build planning frameworks and tools, maintain planning data in ERP/MRP/scheduling systems, and coordinate cross-functionally with production, engineering, supply chain, quality, and project teams to improve schedule discipline and production readiness.
