Performs painting, washing, and assembly of manufactured parts in a fast-paced production environment. Workers operate independently, maintain quality and safety standards, and lift up to 50 pounds. No prior experience is required because training is provided. The role is available across first, second, and weekend shifts, with shift differentials for second and weekend work.

Coordinates manufacturing schedules, priorities, materials, and work-in-process to support on-time delivery. Monitors production progress, inventory accuracy, job variances, bottlenecks, and material shortages. Maintains ERP transactions, production records, cycle counts, and reporting while investigating discrepancies and transaction errors. Collaborates across production, purchasing, shipping, quality, engineering, customer service, and plant management. Supports root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, safety, and efficient material flow.

Operate and set up a Peddinghaus structural processing system, interpret 3D models and shop drawings, verify materials and tooling, optimize machining processes, inspect finished components, troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

Set up, load, and operate CNC press brake and punch press equipment to form metal components according to blueprints and production requirements. Inspect dimensions and quality, adjust equipment as needed, perform finishing work, safely handle materials, and maintain a clean, organized work area. The role requires basic drawing interpretation, mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and accurate completion of operational and maintenance documentation.

Manages repricing, surcharge and tariff initiatives, supports ERP product setup and revisions, and ensures pricing accuracy. Collaborates with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and Engineering while managing multiple strategic projects.

Supports manufacturing operations through production planning, inventory control, reporting, and ERP transactions. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, entering requisitions, performing cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, closing production jobs, resolving receiving errors, maintaining production documentation, and communicating with Production, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable. The role ensures material availability, accurate production data, timely reporting, and improved production efficiency. Training is provided for qualified candidates.

Leads all financial and accounting activities for a major manufacturing plant, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, financial reporting, controls, audits, and operational finance. Partners with plant leadership to improve profitability, margins, labor efficiency, cost visibility, and processes. Manages a small finance team and supports capital expenditure decisions, cross-functional initiatives, and talent development.
