Set up, load, and operate CNC press brake and punch press equipment to form metal components according to blueprints and production requirements. Inspect dimensions and quality, adjust equipment as needed, perform finishing work, safely handle materials, and maintain a clean, organized work area. The role requires basic drawing interpretation, mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and accurate completion of operational and maintenance documentation.

Serves as the primary customer contact for orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and issue resolution. Manages purchase orders, verifies production and shipment requirements, communicates delays, coordinates with planning, production, purchasing, engineering, and sales, and handles expedited orders and corrective actions. Maintains customer records in Syteline, prepares reports, and regularly works on the manufacturing shop floor.

Drives continuous improvement across manufacturing operations, especially welding, by conducting cycle-time studies, analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, reducing waste, and improving production flow. Partners with operations, engineering, quality, and production teams to implement standard work, support product launches, evaluate capacity, facilitate root-cause analysis, and track improvements in throughput, productivity, quality, and delivery. Requires regular shop-floor engagement and use of CAD, data analysis, and production systems.

Analyzes material costs, product pricing, customer and market data to protect profitability. Manages repricing, surcharge and tariff initiatives, supports ERP product setup and revisions, and ensures pricing accuracy. Collaborates with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and Engineering while managing multiple strategic projects.

Supports manufacturing operations through production planning, inventory control, reporting, and ERP transactions. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, entering requisitions, performing cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, closing production jobs, resolving receiving errors, maintaining production documentation, and communicating with Production, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable. The role ensures material availability, accurate production data, timely reporting, and improved production efficiency. Training is provided for qualified candidates.

Design and implement manufacturing processes for new products, develop technical drawings and work instructions, and lead quality investigations and corrective actions. Optimize production methods, throughput, cost, and sustainability while providing engineering support on the production floor. Manage documentation, project milestones, technical reviews, customer quality concerns, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads quality activities for new product introduction and manufacturing launches using APQP and PPAP. Serves as the customer-facing quality representative, develops PFMEAs, control plans, process flows, inspection plans, and approval documentation. Reviews drawings and applies GD&T, leads root cause analysis and corrective actions, analyzes SPC data, supports audits, and ensures compliance with ISO, UL, and ETL requirements.

Leads all financial and accounting activities for a major manufacturing plant, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, financial reporting, controls, audits, and operational finance. Partners with plant leadership to improve profitability, margins, labor efficiency, cost visibility, and processes. Manages a small finance team and supports capital expenditure decisions, cross-functional initiatives, and talent development.
