First marketing hire to build Stand's marketing operating system: define segmentation and ICP, lead broker engagement and enablement, craft storytelling and content, automate repeatable workflows with AI, and partner with sales/product to measure and optimize acquisition and activation. Deliver brand, segmentation framework, broker engagement plan, and collateral in the first 30 days.

Own and grow a portfolio of broker relationships in the western market: drive producer acquisition and submissions, convert leads to binds quickly, optimize and manage your book, and train brokers to place more and better risk with Stand.

Design, train, and deploy multimodal machine learning systems that fuse 3D/vision, simulation, tabular, and text data. Own end-to-end model lifecycle from architecture and training to evaluation, production deployment, and monitoring, and build agentic workflows and retrieval/embedding capabilities to support underwriting and mitigation decisions.

Lead the Applied Science platform sub-team to design, build, and operate production-grade simulation, ML, and geospatial pipelines. Own technical direction, CI/CD, cluster compute, workflow orchestration, reliability, and cross-functional alignment while doing hands-on engineering and mentoring engineers.

Lead product, pricing, underwriting, and regulatory strategy for homeowners portfolios in wildfire-exposed Western US markets. Launch state-level products, drive rate/form filings, partner with actuarial and underwriting, monitor portfolio performance, and manage cross-functional execution to achieve profitable growth.
