Own end-to-end protection plans for inspected properties by assessing vegetation, structures, and hazards. Conduct homeowner and broker review calls, explain requirements, handle objections, and secure agreement. Identify automation opportunities and flag inaccurate rules as the company expands. The Senior Recruiter will build Stand’s in-house recruiting engine, managing full-cycle hiring across technical, insurance, leadership, and business roles. Responsibilities include direct sourcing, maintaining passive-candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, creating scorecards and interview panels, improving time-to-hire, delivering inclusive candidate pools, and closing exceptional candidates. This in-person San Francisco role will manage 12–15 complex requisitions while establishing scalable recruiting processes and reducing agency reliance.
