The Senior Recruiter will build Stand’s in-house recruiting engine, managing full-cycle hiring across technical, insurance, leadership, and business roles. Responsibilities include direct sourcing, maintaining passive-candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, creating scorecards and interview panels, improving time-to-hire, delivering inclusive candidate pools, and closing exceptional candidates. This in-person San Francisco role will manage 12–15 complex requisitions while establishing scalable recruiting processes and reducing agency reliance.
