Provides administrative support for a BSN clinical programs department, including student compliance documentation, confidential records, clinical placement coordination, scheduling, reporting, accreditation support, and communication with students, faculty, healthcare partners, and vendors. Supports accreditation, audits, and compliance requirements and provides professional service to students, faculty, vendors, and healthcare organizations.

Provides onsite desktop and end-user technology support for faculty, staff, and students. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, operating systems, peripherals, audiovisual equipment, and classroom technology; managing Active Directory accounts; deploying Windows images; installing and relocating equipment; supporting cabling and facility technology projects; documenting incidents; managing service requests; and escalating complex issues.
