Design, build, and maintain AI-first production web applications using Laravel (PHP 8.x) and Vue.js (Vue 3). Use AI-assisted development tools throughout the SDLC, own features end-to-end, implement secure, accessible interfaces, write automated tests, integrate REST APIs and databases, and improve engineering productivity through reusable workflows and tooling.

Provide one-on-one and group career coaching for healthcare students and alumni; develop career readiness resources and workshops; build and maintain employer partnerships and externship pipelines; track placement metrics and employer activity using CRM systems; support career fairs and recruitment events; use data to improve services and outcomes.

Support planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of university events; coordinate communications with vendors and stakeholders; handle production, transportation, and installation of promotional materials; assist with social media/content uploads, basic reporting, administrative tasks, and logistics across campus and off-site venues.

Support daily operations of the BSN program, oversee faculty recruitment and development, ensure curriculum and accreditation compliance, monitor student outcomes and NCLEX performance, and drive continuous program improvement using data.

Provide hands-on desktop and classroom technical support to faculty, staff, and students. Install, image, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, audiovisual systems, cabling, and network connectivity. Manage tickets, document resolutions, assist with deployments, moves, and inventory, and escalate complex issues to IT team members.

Manage full-cycle recruiting, actively source passive candidates, build pipelines, conduct phone screens, partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS data, leverage AI and recruiting technologies, use analytics to improve sourcing, and take ownership of requisitions to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Support VN program operations, faculty recruitment and development, curriculum implementation, and student success initiatives. Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness, monitor student progression, oversee clinical education, and promote instructional quality. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and central administration to drive continuous improvement.

Provide administrative support for healthcare academic programs by maintaining student records, tracking compliance (immunizations, background checks, certifications), coordinating clinical placements and orientations, preparing correspondence/reports, managing calendars and databases, liaising with students, faculty, and clinical partners, and using Microsoft 365 and institutional systems to improve workflows while preserving confidentiality and professionalism.

Provide financial aid guidance to students: assist with applications, verify documents, determine eligibility for federal/state/institutional aid, maintain records, counsel students, deliver presentations, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with campus departments to resolve issues.

Support BSN program operations, faculty development, curriculum implementation, accreditation compliance, and student outcomes. Oversee clinical education, advise students, analyze program data, and drive retention, NCLEX, and continuous improvement initiatives.
