Supports BSN program operations, faculty recruitment and development, curriculum implementation, student advising, clinical education oversight, accreditation compliance, and outcome improvement. Monitors student progression, retention, completion, and NCLEX performance while using data to guide interventions. Requires collaboration with the Program Director, faculty, accrediting agencies, and institutional stakeholders to maintain academic quality and regulatory standards.

Provides high-volume administrative and customer-service support for a university financial aid department. Assists students and families with FAFSA completion, documentation, deadlines, appointments, and routine inquiries. Manages email, telephone, voicemail, and Freshdesk requests; documents interactions; follows up on incomplete requirements; maintains records; performs data entry and basic calculations; and escalates complex or regulated matters. The role requires confidentiality, FERPA compliance, accurate communication, strong organization, and occasional evening or weekend availability.

Develops institutional partnerships for an educational technology platform through consultative discovery, product demonstrations, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and relationship management. Builds relationships with higher education stakeholders, guides opportunities through close, coordinates cross-functional responses, and facilitates handoffs to onboarding and implementation teams. Maintains partner continuity, gathers market intelligence, identifies expansion opportunities, and represents the organization at conferences and industry events.
