Evaluates applications for federal, state, and institutional aid, maintains compliant records, counsels students, delivers presentations, resolves complex issues, monitors regulatory changes, and supports financial aid policy development. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, financial aid regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with office and financial aid software.

Supports leadership and daily operations of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. Responsibilities include faculty recruitment and development, curriculum implementation, student advisement, clinical education oversight, accreditation compliance, data analysis, and initiatives to improve retention, completion, and NCLEX outcomes. The role requires collaboration with the Program Director, faculty, accrediting agencies, and institutional stakeholders while maintaining academic quality and regulatory standards.

Supports leadership and daily operations of a vocational nursing program, including faculty recruitment and development, curriculum implementation, student advising, clinical education oversight, accreditation compliance, and continuous improvement. Monitors student progression, retention, completion, and licensure outcomes while partnering with the Director of Nursing and centralized administration. Requires an active California RN license, nursing education leadership and faculty experience, direct patient-care experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
