Creates graphic designs for online stores, promotions, social media, and digital platforms. Prepares and exports design assets, supports asset management and workflow improvements, participates in critiques, and collaborates with marketing, writing, photography, and cross-functional teams. The role requires balancing creative problem-solving with organized, detail-oriented technical execution while applying brand standards and supporting business objectives.

Manages product data across ERP systems, ensuring accurate item setup, attributes, categorization, availability, and launch readiness. Collaborates with Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain data integrity, improve workflows, support system testing, and train end users. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale live, virtual, and hybrid global events (conventions, incentive trips). Manage vendors, budgets, teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and event performance analysis while mentoring teammates and improving processes.
