Teams at Stampin'​ Up!

Provides proactive executive support to the Chief People Officer, including calendar and email management, travel coordination, prioritization, communications, and follow-up. Coordinates People Division projects, HR initiatives, leadership activities, and global employee events, managing plans, timelines, vendors, logistics, budgets, and stakeholders. Handles confidential information, supports cross-functional communication, improves processes, maintains documentation, and serves as a trusted partner to executives, employees, and internal teams.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale live, virtual, and hybrid global events (conventions, incentive trips). Manage vendors, budgets, teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and event performance analysis while mentoring teammates and improving processes.
