Develops and launches new sales channels to expand market reach and revenue. Responsibilities include researching opportunities, identifying partners, creating go-to-market strategies, managing external relationships, tracking channel performance, analyzing metrics, and optimizing growth initiatives. The role requires independent ownership, strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and business teams.

Administer and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, including Windows Server, Azure, VMware, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, SQL Server, storage, and security platforms. Troubleshoot complex issues, manage backups, documentation, change processes, licensing, vendors, and technology projects. Support automation, responsible AI adoption, and proactive operational improvements while participating in rotating on-call support.

Supports legal governance, compliance, regulatory affairs, import/export compliance, intellectual property portfolios, contracts, product labeling, data protection, and corporate initiatives. Manages IP filings and renewals, reviews routine agreements, monitors regulatory developments, coordinates with external counsel, and partners with stakeholders across a global business. Maintains confidentiality while prioritizing complex workloads and providing practical legal support.
