Responsibilities include payroll data entry, imports, wage garnishments, deductions, bonuses, terminations, manual checks, payroll file transmission, reconciliation, reporting, error correction, and responding to employee inquiries. The role partners with Human Resources and payroll colleagues to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Leads Stamford Health’s Epic Cogito reporting and analytics portfolio, including governance, prioritization, project execution, upgrade readiness, and optimization. Manages Epic Business Intelligence Developers and coordinates operational, clinical, financial, application, architecture, and reporting stakeholders. Drives enterprise analytics adoption, data quality, reporting standards, and alignment with organizational and regulatory priorities. Requires substantial healthcare analytics or Epic project management experience, Epic Cogito certification, and expertise with healthcare reporting platforms and methodologies.

Provides gastroenterology consultations, procedures, and comprehensive patient care across Stamford and Wilton offices and Stamford Hospital. The role includes advanced endoscopy opportunities, shared hospital call, and collaboration with an established gastroenterology group. Physicians may also teach medical students and residents through Stamford Health’s academic affiliations with Columbia University and Quinnipiac University.

Provides nutrition assessments, care planning, education, and nutritional care coordination for patients as part of an interdisciplinary hospital team. Ensures care meets established standards and supports hospital values. Requires communication, organization, independent work, customer service, basic computer skills, and adaptability.

Provide overnight inpatient medical care, emergency coverage, consultations, and supervision and teaching for residents. The role manages medical patients on general floors and critical care areas, averaging approximately five admissions per night. Candidates must hold an MD or DO license, obtain or possess a Connecticut medical license, be board eligible or certified, and have sufficient inpatient experience. Internal Medicine is preferred, along with strong communication, critical care, and computer skills.

Provides administrative support on a hospital nursing unit under the Nurse Manager. Greets patients and visitors, manages calls and communication systems, maintains medical records, transcribes physician orders, processes tests and procedures, responds to patient call systems, supports risk management activities, and orders unit supplies. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Provides part-time practical nursing care in a urogynecology and reconstructive surgery practice. Responsibilities include coordinating patient flow, room preparation, patient interviews, vital signs, charting in the EMR, specimen collection, minor treatments, procedure assistance, patient education, test scheduling, telephone triage, inventory management, and communicating test results under physician direction. The LPN also supports patient mobility, maintains confidentiality, and collaborates with the healthcare team.

Provide 100% outpatient internal medicine care at Stamford Health Medical Group’s Wilton office. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with 36 patient-contact hours and four administrative hours weekly. The physician will join three internists, a physician assistant, and an APRN, with a 1:5 on-call rotation and no nights, weekends, or hospital duties. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary and wRVU incentives.

Provides specialized nursing care for electrophysiology, cardiac catheterization, and vascular interventional radiology patients. Performs pre-, intra-, and post-procedure assessment and care; assists with invasive cardiac procedures using sterile technique; monitors arrhythmias and manages emergencies. Supports scheduling, staff supervision, equipment quality assurance, radiation safety, inventory management, supply charging, medical records, and troubleshooting of EP, radiology, mapping, ablation, and hemodynamic systems.

Manage automated inventory control systems within hospital supply chain operations. Maintain Oracle, Pyxis, and related ERP inventory data, including product records, pricing, packaging, requisition templates, usage reports, and supply locations. Resolve hardware and software issues, coordinate product updates, monitor back orders and inventory levels, and support system maintenance, training, project milestones, and go-live activities. Collaborate with Nursing, Materials Management, Purchasing, and Distribution teams while providing operational support.

Coordinates multidisciplinary care for stroke and neurosurgery patients from diagnosis through discharge and follow-up. Provides patient and family education, clinical consultation, care navigation, referrals, and community outreach. Maintains stroke registry data, prepares quality reports, supports regulatory certification, implements evidence-based improvements, and collaborates with physicians, hospital departments, telestroke partners, and community organizations.
