Provides front-line HR support, resolves employee inquiries, manages HR tickets and audits, coordinates onboarding compliance, and supports talent acquisition through applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation. The role requires confidentiality, regulatory accuracy, customer service, and proficiency with enterprise HR technologies. This is an on-site, Monday-through-Friday position at Stamford Hospital.

Provides Level 1 and 2 desktop and infrastructure support for a hospital environment. Monitors systems, servers, storage, networks, backups, and virus alerts; troubleshoots Windows, hardware, printers, peripherals, and telephones; performs patching, upgrades, desktop refreshes, and server administration. Responds to after-hours and weekend alerts, escalates complex issues, documents shift handoffs, supports projects, and helps improve service procedures and user satisfaction.

Manage automated inventory control systems within hospital supply chain operations. Maintain Oracle, Pyxis, and related ERP inventory data, including product records, pricing, packaging, requisition templates, usage reports, and supply locations. Resolve hardware and software issues, coordinate product updates, monitor back orders and inventory levels, and support system maintenance, training, project milestones, and go-live activities. Collaborate with Nursing, Materials Management, Purchasing, and Distribution teams while providing operational support.
