Provides executive nursing leadership across multiple perioperative and patient care departments, overseeing more than 150 FTEs, budgets, strategic planning, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, patient experience, education, and professional development. The role mentors nurse leaders, supports shared governance and Magnet standards, manages interdisciplinary initiatives, and leads recruitment, retention, succession planning, and operational improvement across clinical services.

Coordinates care for assigned hospital patients across interdisciplinary teams and the broader care continuum. Assesses patient needs, manages utilization and length of stay, ensures regulatory and payer compliance, supports transitions and referrals, advocates for access to care, participates in appeals and denials, and communicates with patients, families, physicians, caregivers, and community resources.

Leads Epic technical infrastructure, environment strategy, upgrades, release and change management, data migration, testing, documentation, and go-live support. Partners with clinical and Information Services teams to improve workflows, patient safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Manages and mentors Epic application staff, coordinates technical and clinical teams, oversees environment maintenance, and supports application implementations, configuration, training, and production operations. Requires strong Epic expertise, clinical workflow knowledge, healthcare regulatory understanding, and leadership experience.
