Manage the Perth depot workshop and lead Engineers, Technicians, and Cleaners supporting a fleet of more than 102 vehicles. Schedule and prioritize maintenance, servicing, and quality checks; develop team capability; promote continuous improvement; and ensure vehicles are safe, clean, reliable, and road-ready. The role also requires maintaining health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while making effective operational decisions.

Lead national PR and corporate affairs strategy to protect and strengthen Stagecoach's reputation through media relations, stakeholder engagement, issues management, and integrated communications across national and regional teams.

Lead category management for People and Marketing-related spend: develop sourcing strategies, run tenders, manage supplier relationships and contracts, analyse spend and performance, ensure compliance, drive cost efficiencies and supplier performance, and promote sustainable sourcing and continuous improvement.
