Assemble, inspect, hand-fit, and test firearm components to company specifications. Maintain production records and equipment, adhere to safety protocols, report defects, and support continuous improvement to meet production goals.

Lead Staccato's certified pre-owned (CPO) business: own certification standards, refurbishment SLAs, trade-up lifecycle, marketplace economics, channel and GTM strategy, training, and data-driven performance metrics. Build Phase 3 proposal and manage cross-functional execution to drive premium pricing, retention, and trade-up conversions.

Own the commercial ammunition product line: P&L responsibility, SKU and pricing strategy, ammo subscription/replenishment model, eCommerce catalog and channel mix. Coordinate commercial requirements with Operations, design GTM plans, conduct market analysis, manage tariff/cost pass-through strategy, and build training materials for dealers and internal teams to drive recurring revenue and CARE subscriber engagement.

Lead eCommerce and digital growth strategy across paid media, email/SMS/CRM, site merchandising, and conversion optimization. Own acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, testing roadmaps, agency/vendor management, and cross-functional alignment to grow traffic, conversion, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value while maintaining a premium brand experience.

Lead enterprise Quality Management and EHS programs across manufacturing, engineering, and customer operations. Serve as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001 Management Representative, drive continuous improvement, monitor quality and safety metrics, manage customer complaints, and build high-performing quality and EHS teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Provide technical customer support for firearms: field inbound phone/email/video contacts, troubleshoot functional and maintenance issues, document and respond via Salesforce, coordinate internally to resolve cases, maintain product knowledge, identify improvements to the customer experience, and represent the company professionally.
