The Director of FP&A leads financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, long-range strategy, capital planning, consolidation, pricing, KPI governance, and board reporting. The role partners with executives and operational leaders across multiple manufacturing sites, oversees ERP, planning, and BI systems, and builds and manages the FP&A team. Responsibilities also include supporting capital structure, lender relationships, covenant compliance, M&A analysis, and product profitability decisions.

The FP&A Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management. The role prepares executive reporting, evaluates product costs and margins, develops KPIs, supports ERP and reporting improvements, and partners with leaders across manufacturing, operations, sales, supply chain, and HR. It also mentors analysts and supports strategic decisions across multiple product lines and locations.

Owns organic social content, event promotion, and digital campaign support for the member journey funnel. Produces weekly property-level photo and video content, maintains a content calendar tied to qualified-lead goals, supports retention and referral programming, coordinates brand consistency with leadership and marketing teams, and reports monthly on engagement and lead attribution. The role requires on-site content capture during events and match days.
