Manage vessel technical readiness and maintenance: develop preventive/corrective schedules, oversee repairs/drydocks, control spares/inventory, manage budgets, inspections, class surveys, vendor relationships, and provide technical support during operations.

Support Port Engineers in maintaining vessel readiness through preventive and corrective maintenance planning, inspections, contractor coordination, inventory and cost tracking, documentation, and technical troubleshooting. Assist with surveys, dry-docking, vendor communication, crew training coordination, and preparation for class inspections while traveling to vessels, shipyards, and project sites as required.

Provide administrative support to the Corporate HR Manager and HR team, manage onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, recruiting coordination, employee records, office operations, vendor and visitor contact, meeting and event logistics, reporting, and confidentiality. Support HR projects, training, employee engagement, and maintain organized office systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Vessel Manager oversees vessel operations, maintenance, compliance, budgeting, and coordination with crews and shipyards, ensuring efficiency and safety.
