Teams at Stabbert Offshore, LLC

Performs general ledger maintenance, journal entries, intercompany transactions, account reconciliations, and month-end close support across multiple entities. Backs up payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions; improves accounting processes and technology. Requires strong GAAP knowledge, independent judgment, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and QuickBooks Enterprise. The role is remote with a preference for four office days per month in Ballard, Washington.

Process weekly and biweekly payrolls across multiple companies and states, ensuring accurate wages, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and direct deposits. Prepare payroll journal entries, reconcile payroll and benefit accounts, post intercompany transactions, and review general ledger activity. Support financial statement preparation, accounting functions, payroll implementation, and process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and meeting payroll and month-end deadlines.

The Vessel Manager oversees vessel operations, maintenance, compliance, budgeting, and coordination with crews and shipyards, ensuring efficiency and safety.
