Process weekly and biweekly payrolls across multiple companies and states, ensuring accurate wages, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and direct deposits. Prepare payroll journal entries, reconcile payroll and benefit accounts, post intercompany transactions, and review general ledger activity. Support financial statement preparation, accounting functions, payroll implementation, and process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and meeting payroll and month-end deadlines.

Manage vessel technical readiness and maintenance: develop preventive/corrective schedules, oversee repairs/drydocks, control spares/inventory, manage budgets, inspections, class surveys, vendor relationships, and provide technical support during operations.

Support Port Engineers in maintaining vessel readiness through preventive and corrective maintenance planning, inspections, contractor coordination, inventory and cost tracking, documentation, and technical troubleshooting. Assist with surveys, dry-docking, vendor communication, crew training coordination, and preparation for class inspections while traveling to vessels, shipyards, and project sites as required.
