Provide case management and social services within the Safe Haven program: assess clients' mental health and needs, connect them to behavioral health, medical, and community resources, develop and support individualized goals and plans, maintain accurate clinical and progress documentation, participate in continuing education, and promote a safe, supportive environment to assist transitions into stable housing.

Provide case management for Safe Haven participants: assess mental health and needs, link to services (mental health, addiction, medical, income), develop goals and interventions, maintain records and referrals, support life-skills and housing transition, and ensure client safety and positive relations.

Operate the POS register, assist customers, stock and maintain inventory, keep the store clean and orderly, and provide high-quality customer service to ensure positive purchasing experiences.
