Teams at St. Vincent de Paul Society — Dayton District Council

Provide case management and social services to women and families in the Kettering Commons program: assess needs, develop goals and housing readiness plans, link clients to community resources and benefits, coordinate with schools and physicians, maintain records, participate in crisis/on-call duty, and support client independence and wellness.

Operate the POS register, assist customers, stock and maintain inventory, keep the store clean and orderly, and provide high-quality customer service to ensure positive purchasing experiences.

Provide coordinated case management for Safe Haven participants: assess psychological status, connect clients to mental health/addiction, medical, and community resources, develop goals and life-skills plans, maintain records, and liaise with agencies to support transition into stable housing.
