Teams at St. Vincent de Paul Society — Dayton District Council

Provide case management and social services to women and families in the Kettering Commons program: assess needs, develop goals and housing readiness plans, link clients to community resources and benefits, coordinate with schools and physicians, maintain records, participate in crisis/on-call duty, and support client independence and wellness.

Operate the POS register, assist customers, stock and maintain inventory, keep the store clean and orderly, and provide high-quality customer service to ensure positive purchasing experiences.

Provide case management and social services within the Safe Haven program: assess clients' mental health and needs, connect them to behavioral health, medical, and community resources, develop and support individualized goals and plans, maintain accurate clinical and progress documentation, participate in continuing education, and promote a safe, supportive environment to assist transitions into stable housing.
