Provide one-on-one case management to shelter residents, develop and track individualized case plans, coordinate referrals and community resources, perform documentation and drug screens, support life-skills classes, maintain facility safety, and assist with discharge and goal achievement toward stable housing and self-sufficiency.

Manage daily operations of Campbell Lodge shelter, supervise program, security, and case management staff, oversee budgets and vendor relations, ensure policy compliance, coordinate community relations and volunteer programs, and provide spiritual leadership and client support.
