Leads daily front-of-house restaurant operations, supervising dining, drive-thru, beverage, takeout, and special-event service. Oversees guest experience, service flow, staff assignments, training, sanitation, food safety, order accuracy, cleanliness, cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and shift coverage. Provides visible floor leadership, resolves guest concerns, supports team members during peak periods, and assists with scheduling. Requires strong hospitality, communication, problem-solving, and POS skills.
