Prepares and serves meals, maintains cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas, handles trays and dishes, manages food storage and supplies, delivers snacks, supports special events, and follows sanitation and waste-disposal standards.

Leads skilled nursing facility accounts receivable, including healthcare billing, collections, month-end close, payer setup, benefit verification, charge entry, AR aging, denials, appeals, refunds, and reconciliations. Coordinates with clinical and admissions teams on authorizations and documentation while maintaining CMS, HIPAA, and GAAP compliance. Provides billing support and service to residents, families, and internal partners.
