Designs, coordinates, and facilitates youth programming (ages 12-24); builds relationships with members and partners; recruits and manages volunteers; tracks attendance and outcomes in Salesforce; supports events, outreach, and daily operations with evening and some weekend availability.

Manage and produce communications for Children's Ministries across platforms, maintain the communications calendar, support volunteer and family communications, assist with administrative tasks (attendance, check-in, records, registrations), run promotional campaigns, coordinate with church Communications Team, and handle related financial processing and follow-up.

Lead and supervise Sunday and evening/weekend nursery operations, staffing, and programming. Recruit, train, and manage caregivers, ensure safety and developmentally appropriate classrooms, coordinate with families and ministries, handle scheduling and payroll coordination, and participate in Children's Ministries planning and events. Provide administrative support, maintain resources, and serve as on-call supervisor for special events.

Lead fundraising and communications for The Garden: develop and execute fundraising plans, manage donor relations and database, steward donors, oversee communications and storytelling, plan fundraising events, write and manage grants, and support board and executive engagement to grow revenue and visibility.

Lead month-end close and maintain general ledger across multiple entities. Prepare financial reports, manage AP/payroll (including ACH, wires, 1099s), own audit process, lead budgeting and financial strategy, maintain GAAP compliance and internal controls, and advise leadership and committees.
