Lead accounting operations for a church and affiliated ministries, overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, accounts payable, payroll, internal controls, audits, budgeting, financial planning, Form 990 support, and board-level reporting. The role manages accounting functions and provides financial leadership while partnering with organizational leadership. Nonprofit or church accounting experience is preferred, along with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Sage Intacct, Paylocity, Procare, or The Rock.

Produces weekly bulletins, posters, signage, programs, graphics, slide decks, and other print and digital communications. Maintains church website and app content, event calendars, and prayer resources. Manages print inventory, invoices, project costs, and production schedules while proofreading materials and applying brand standards. Collaborates with communications, media, worship, and campus teams, supports project intake, and coordinates recurring communications across three campuses.

Lead fundraising and communications for The Garden: develop and execute fundraising plans, manage donor relations and database, steward donors, oversee communications and storytelling, plan fundraising events, write and manage grants, and support board and executive engagement to grow revenue and visibility.
